Sandcrane Golf Shipping Policy
At Sandcrane Golf, we’re committed to getting your gear into your hands as fast as two guys juggling everything possibly can. Our fulfillment team (aka the same two guys running the show, shooting content, answering emails) works diligently to process and ship orders within 72 hours (3 business days), excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is packed and handed off, delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method:
Ground Shipping (U.S.): 8–10 Business Days
Priority Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 Business Days
Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–2 Business Days
International Shipping (Mexico & Canada only): 5–10 Business Days
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been fulfilled. From that point, your package is in the hands of the carrier—meaning we can’t control delays, rogue porch pirates, or the occasional sand trap your box might find itself in. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return To Sender Policy
If a package is returned to us as “Return to Sender” because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a $10 Return To Sender Fee will be required to cover reshipment costs. We’ll contact you to reconfirm the delivery address and invoice the fee. Payment will be collected through your original payment method.
Special Sale Periods
During peak times (Warehouse Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, or when we launch something so good even your buddy who slices into the next fairway can’t resist), fulfillment may take longer than our normal 72-hour goal. We’ll hustle to stay as close to that timeline as possible, but bear with us—we want your gear in your bag just as much as you do.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping information. If auto-fill tools like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or other quick-click methods insert the wrong address, Sandcrane Golf cannot replace or refund your order. You’ll need to work with the carrier to reroute or set up mail forwarding with your local post office.
Disclaimer: By placing an order with Sandcrane Golf, you agree to the terms above. We’ll always swing hard to get your gear to you on time, but once it’s shipped, the carrier takes the shot. Sometimes that’s a birdie, sometimes it’s a bogey—but we promise we’re doing our part to keep it in play.
Sandcrane Golf Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your gear as much as you love piping one straight down the fairway. If for any reason you don’t, here’s how returns and exchanges work at Sandcrane Golf.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags or packaging intact. (If it looks like it’s already played 18 and stopped at the 19th hole, it’s not eligible.)
Proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Shoot us an email at support@sandcranegolf.com with your order number and request. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Exchanges: We’ll cover shipping on the replacement item once we receive your original gear.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (the carriers keep their cut, and trust us, they don’t give mulligans).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your gear shows up damaged, defective, or clearly not what you ordered (we promise not to send you bowling shoes instead of polos), let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.
Final Sale Items
Certain items are marked Final Sale (like clearance, Warehouse Sale, or special event drops). These cannot be returned or exchanged—so when you snag that deal, it’s yours to strut in.
