We aim to process and ship every order within 72 hours (3 business days) — that’s from our small fulfillment team (yes, the same two guys running the show).

Double-check addresses carefully — if auto-fill tools (ShopPay, Apple Pay, etc.) insert the wrong address, we cannot guarantee rerouting. If the package is returned to us, there’s a $10 “Return to Sender” fee to reship. We’ll contact you with next steps.

While we hustle to get your order out fast, once packages are in the carrier’s hands, delays can happen — weather, shipping volume, or other external issues. For lost or damaged items, contact us at info@sandcranegolf.com. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Item Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Gear must be unused, unwashed, unworn, in original condition, with tags/packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required. description

You cover return shipping — unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. However, if you’re exchanging for a different size/item, we’ll cover shipping for the replacement once we receive the original.

After we inspect the returned item, refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Yes — certain items (clearance, warehouse sale, or special-drop items) may be marked “Final Sale.” Those cannot be returned or exchanged. We’ll always note that clearly in product descriptions.

We design our gear for a relaxed, clean fit — classic but not baggy, modern but not tight. On each product page you’ll find size charts and fit notes (slim, regular, etc.). If you’re between sizes or unsure, email us and we’ll help you pick based on your body type and play style.

Treat it well and it’ll last. Always wash on cold, hang or lay flat to dry, avoid bleach or harsh detergents. With proper care, the fabric and cut will hold up round after round.
