How long until my order ships?

We aim to process and ship orders within 72 hours, or 3 business days. We’re a small crew, but we move quick and pack every order with care.

Can I change my shipping address after I order?

If you catch it quickly, email us right away. Once an order is processed or in transit, we can’t guarantee changes. If a package gets returned to us because of an incorrect address, there is a $10 return-to-sender reship fee.

What if there’s a shipping delay, or my package is lost or damaged?

Once the carrier has the package, delays can happen. If something shows up damaged or goes missing, email info@sandcranegolf.com and we’ll help make it right.
Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return / exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags or packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email info@sandcranegolf.com with your order number and what you need. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the shipping address.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns, the customer covers return shipping. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll take care of it. For approved exchanges, we cover shipping on the replacement item.

How long until I get my refund?

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Are any items final sale?

Yes. Some clearance items, special drops, or marked-down products may be final sale. If that applies, we’ll say it clearly on the product page.
